6. MISCELLANEOUS

The waiver of any provision of the above terms must be made in writing and bear the signature of BYCMO RC MODELS, S.L. to be valid. Such a waiver does not mean a continuous waiver of the same provision for the future. If any of the Courts of competent jurisdiction finds that any of the above provisions is invalid or non enforceable for whatsoever reason, such provision shall be ineffective in the terms estimated by the Court, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of provisions. The terms herein set out constitute a full and complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject of the present conditions and they prevail over any other previous oral or written statement, consent or agreement, and any modification hereto must be done in writing and signed by yourself and BYCMO RC MODELS, S.L.
